Arthur D. Bellini

Managing Partner 

Mr. Bellini is a Managing Partner and co-Founder of Black Bear Asset Management.  Mr. Bellini is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of the firm, investment activities and financing activities across all business platforms.  Mr. Bellini has broad real estate experience in acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset dispositions, participating in both equity and debt investments. 


William Fung

Managing Partner

Mr. Fung is a Managing Partner and co-Founder of Black Bear Asset Management. Mr. Fung is responsible for ensuring the firm’s adherence to its core investment philosophy, communicating with clients concerning products and strategies, and managing the firm. His real estate career spans a broad range of experience including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, development, and lending.


Gary Romaniello

Director, Investment Committee

Gary Romaniello is a Director on the Investment Committee at Black Bear Asset Management ("BBAM"). As a Committee member, Mr. Romaniello advises on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, re-financings, asset management, development and redevelopment of multifamily, office, retail, hotel, land and other property types.


Nick Rizzo

Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Rizzo is Chief Investment Officer of Black Bear Asset Management. Mr. Rizzo is responsible for all investment activities across all business platforms at Black Bear. Mr. Rizzo has 20 years of real estate acquisition and disposition experience across all product types and geographies, participating in both equity and debt investments.


Thomas E. DiDio

Director

Thomas E. Didio is an Associate Director at Black Bear Asset Management (“BBAM”).  As an Associate Director at BBAM, Mr. Didio sources and evaluates investments in accordance with the firm's investment criteria, places debt, facilitates related transactions, and is integrally involved in the firm’s operations.  Prior to BBAM, Mr. Didio was an Underwriter at Freddie Mac.  While at Freddie Mac, he was responsible for underwriting multifamily transactions from Maine to Washington, D.C. as well as facilitating the securitization of debt through the firm's K-Series program. 


David J. Vigilante

Associate Director

David J. Vigilante is an Associate at Black Bear Asset Management (“BBAM”).  Mr.Vigilante is responsible for the analysis of various principal investment activities, investment advisory, and the arrangement of various real estate financing alternatives including first mortgages, mezzanine debt, B-notes, and preferred equity. Prior to joining BBAM, Mr. Vigilante was an Associate at valuation, advisory and investment firm, BBG. 


Peter B. Levine

Director, Investment Committee

Peter B. Levine is a Director on the Investment Committee at Black Bear Asset Management (“BBAM”). As a Committee member, Mr. Levine is responsible for advising on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, re-financings, asset management, development and redevelopment of multifamily, office, retail, hotel, land and other property types.
